“You were born into beauty, as beauty, for a joyful life.”

Stress, burdens, and traumatic experiences can make it difficult to connect with the strength, wisdom, and beauty that exist within and around us. Through Craniosacral Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, I guide you via the body to reconnect with wholeness and well-being — gently and with sensitivity.

Naturally perceptive and empathic, it took me some years to recognise that my sensitive awareness is a valuable gift. Today, this gift enables me to accompany, support, and be present for people during challenging phases of life.

I originally studied art and graphic design, working passionately as a designer and art director. Then I experienced a personal crisis: a tick bite triggered encephalitis and meningitis (TBE). Thanks to therapeutic support and my growing interest in holistic healing approaches, I found my way to working with the body — and thus to Craniosacral Therapy and Somatic Experiencing.

Today, I work with great joy as a certified Craniosacral Therapist. My thorough training at the ICSB particularly sensitised me to working with trauma. As a certified Practitioner in Somatic Experiencing according to Peter Levine, I also accompany people with traumatic experiences professionally and mindfully. Furthermore, my advanced training in Pre- and Perinatal Therapy at the ICSB enables me to do deep and sensitive work with great presence and care — allowing early wounds from birth trauma or other challenging events to be integrated and new experiences to emerge.

In addition, I have completed several further trainings: Diamond Logos Teachings, baby and children’s courses, communication courses, SEI 1 according to Dami Charf, and numerous modules in Polarity Therapy. This knowledge enriches me both as a therapist and as a person.

At the end of 2025, I will begin assisting at the ICSB, accompanying aspiring therapists over three years in the Craniosacral Therapy method.

In my private life, I delight in my wonderful, grown-up children, enjoy sports, practise yoga, and spend much time in nature. Meditation is part of my daily life, and I still regularly create art and graphic work with great pleasure — they bring me lightness and variety.
