As a sensitive and empathetic person, it took me several years to recognize that my sensitive nature is, in fact, a valuable gift. Today, this ability allows me to support people through challenging phases of life.
I originally studied art and graphic design and worked passionately for many years as a graphic designer and art director. However, a case of meningitis caused by a tick bite led me into a personal crisis. Through therapeutic support and a growing interest in holistic healing approaches, I found my path to body-oriented therapy.
Today, I work with great joy as a certified Craniosacral Therapist. My comprehensive training at ICSB has given me deep insight into trauma work. I am currently in the final year of advanced training in Somatic Experiencing™ according to Peter Levine, and I am also enrolled in a further training in Pre- and Perinatal Therapy at ICSB.
In addition, I have completed further trainings such as Diamond Logos Teachings, baby and children’s courses, communication workshops, SEI 1 with Dami Charf, and several modules of Polarity Therapy. These continued trainings enrich me both as a therapist and as a human being.
I am the mother of two wonderful adult children.
