Stress, overwhelm, and traumatic experiences can make it difficult to stay connected to our inner strength, wisdom, and the natural beauty that lives within and around us.

Through craniosacral therapy and somatic experiencing, I offer gentle, body-based support to help you reconnect with a sense of wholeness and well-being—softly and sensitively.

Naturally attuned and empathetic, it took me several years to recognise that my sensitivity and deep perception are a valuable gift. Today, this ability allows me to support people with presence and care—especially in challenging phases of life.

I originally studied art and graphic design and worked passionately as a designer and art director. Then a personal crisis shifted my path: a tick bite led to encephalitis and meningitis (FSME). With the support of therapy—and a growing interest in holistic healing—I found my way to bodywork, and eventually to craniosacral therapy and somatic experiencing.

Today, I work with deep joy as a certified craniosacral therapist. My in-depth training at the Institute for Craniosacral Balancing (ICSB) gave me a strong foundation, especially in working with trauma. As a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (according to Peter Levine), I support individuals with trauma histories in a professional and compassionate way.

I am also pursuing advanced training in pre- and perinatal therapy at ICSB. This subtle and profound work supports the integration of early imprints—such as birth trauma or difficult early life experiences—so that new, healing experiences can emerge.

Beyond that, I have completed several additional trainings: Diamond Logos Teachings, courses in baby and child therapy, communication training, SEI 1 with Dami Charf, and multiple modules of polarity therapy. These teachings continue to enrich me, both as a therapist and as a human being.

In late 2025, I will begin supporting new craniosacral therapy students at ICSB as a teaching assistant throughout their three-year training program.

In my personal life, I cherish my wonderful adult children, enjoy staying active, practice yoga, and spend as much time as I can in nature. Meditation is part of my daily rhythm. I also continue to explore art and design, which bring me joy, balance, and creative flow.
